Turns the bus stops along your map's roads into a fast-travel network. A driver stands at every bus stop; talk to them to open a menu of the other stops and any monuments the admin has opened as destinations.
Every destination gets a landing spot that the plugin checks when it loads: not in water, not underground and not on a roof, walkable ground with head room, no radiation (low-tier radiation is allowed by default, one config line), not inside anyone's building privilege, and no hostile NPC, turret or APC within 60 m or in sight within 100 m. Oil rigs land on the dock. An admin can set any landing by hand.
A ride has a 3 second countdown (moving or being hit cancels it), a fare (10 scrap by default, or a MixCommerce wallet if you run it), a 60 second cooldown, and a 30 second block after a fight with another player. For 8 seconds after arriving, the rider takes no damage, NPCs and turrets ignore them, and nobody can loot them while they are still asleep. The drivers cannot be hurt and are never saved into the map.
Admins get /busadmin to rename stops, open or close destinations, set fares, set landing spots and take test rides, plus console commands: mixbus.status, mixbus.rebuild, mixbus.dest, mixbus.landing.
Free. It is in beta: rides are tested; the admin panel is still being tested. Feedback and testers wanted: message B1 on the MixMods Discord.
Tested on Carbon, Rust build 25083359 (September 2026). Compiles without Carbon's shims, but not yet run on Oxide. The zip holds the plugin, its pictures (data/MixBusStops/art), a README and the licence: free to run and change on your own servers, no resale, no re-hosting.
