MiX Horde v0.2.5

by MixMods · Free · listed 2026-09-28 (10 days ago), updated 2026-10-02 (6 days ago)

Spawns roaming animals and NPCs near online players at night. Every WaveSeconds (420) between NightStartHour (20) and NightEndHour (7), each online player with mixhorde.use gets PerPlayer (3) roamers spawned 18 to 55 m away, picked from a prefab list of wolves, boar, bear and a junkpile scientist. MaxAlive (24) caps the total. Waves ship off: an admin turns them on with /horde toggle or Enabled in the config. /horde shows night, hour, alive count and time to the next wave; /horde now forces a wave and /horde clear removes every roamer the plugin spawned. Roamers are removed when the plugin unloads. /horde ui gives admins a panel with the same actions as buttons, and mixhorde.ui runs them from RCON. No dependencies. Free. Tested alone on Carbon 2.0.259.0 with Rust build 25454815 on 2026-09-28: it loads, writes its config, registers its commands and unloads cleanly with no other plugin installed. Menus and player actions need a player in game and were not exercised on the test server. The zip holds the plugin, a README and the licence: free to run and change on your own servers, no resale, no re-hosting. Feedback and bug reports: message B1 on the MixMods Discord.
