MiX My Mini v1.0.1

Lets players call a minicopter with /mymini (or /mini). The mini spawns on the ground a few metres in front of the player with 100 low grade fuel and is owned by that player. One mini per player: calling a new one removes the old one unless someone is sitting in it, or set ReplaceExisting false to refuse the call instead. A 30 minute cooldown applies, skipped by mixmymini.nocooldown. Players need mixmymini.use, which is not granted by default. The command words, permission name, fuel, cooldown, spawn distance and an optional despawn timer are in the config. Minis and cooldowns are kept across restarts. No dependencies. Free. Tested alone on Carbon 2.0.259.0 with Rust build 25454815 on 2026-09-28: it loads, writes its config, registers its commands and unloads cleanly with no other plugin installed. Menus and player actions need a player in game and were not exercised on the test server.
