Cap the radiation at any monument, or switch it off completely, with no map edits and no game files changed. The idea came from Launch Site: the rocket factory core sits at 51 rads, but a hazmat suit's protection is capped by the game itself at 50, so even a fully suited player bleeds 1 rad a second and spends the scientist fight healing instead of fighting. Cap it at 50 and the suit holds; a cap only pulls down zones stronger than the value you set, so a monument's weaker ambient zones stay exactly as the game made them, shown beside the current value so you can always see the game's own baseline. One panel (/rads) scrolls through every monument with radiation: on/off, the current rads, a click-track slider with nudge buttons and a hover tip, and a reset, plus a reset all; a change updates only what you changed, so nothing flickers. A monument with more than one radiation zone opens its own screen: the zone you're standing in with its exact location, identical zones grouped into one row instead of a long list, and a button that draws every zone's location and strength on your screen for 20 seconds. The panel is a full-screen page in Rust's own look, with white monument icons, or the colour set if you prefer it. Chat and console commands cover the same ground for server owners who would rather not open a panel, with forgiving, partial monument-name matching. Installed as it comes it changes nothing: every monument keeps the game's own radiation until you set one. One file, runs on Carbon and Oxide, no other plugins needed.
