Outside Unsafe Base (Iron Routes) v2.3.5

Sends NPC raid parties at a base once its owner has built up threat by killing NPCs, looting locked crates, or destroying a Bradley or patrol helicopter. Four tiers scale with threat and the base's own history: Recon just watches, Harassment attacks with a satchel, Breach with C4, and Suppression with rockets. A raid only targets an online player standing in their own authorised base, every cooldown and charge count is configurable per tier, and tier progress survives rebuilding the tool cupboard. Written by Frank of Iron Routes, reviewed and finished for release by MiX apps. Carbon and Oxide. Needs MixBots (included).
